I wanted to give a little gift to my co-workers without spending a ton of money. So I decided to make some peppermint bark. I used this recipe by the fabulous Paula Deen, which was quick and easy. Then I wrapped the sweet treat up with a ribbon and snowflake ornament. Everyone loved it! The perfect way to spread a little holiday cheer. :)
